McVay and Snead seemed hell bent on proving everyone wrong on their assessment of the pick. And they might be right. But now he doesn't even have to play in the pre-season? How did he earn that? He's not a starter. At least Skowronek saw the field a bunch last year. The preseason games were supposed to show all the camp hype would translate to live gameplay. Well now we're not going to find out until the season starts and if it doesn't go well, we might have lost a good wr that didn't clear waivers.
