It seems the strategy for our Rams is to pick players in the mid and later rounds that could redshirt for a year and take over a spot for a departing FA vet. We usually get a comp pick to boot. With Ramsey, Long, Rochelle, Burgess all returning along with the Hill signing, we probably have our starters and main backups in place to start the season. The kids will learn and if/when they are better they will play more. Bruss is the obvious choice to answer the original question.
But, a better question could be by playoff time which rookie is making the biggest impact on the Rams? Might be Bruss. Could be Williams. It could be any of the rookie secondary defenders.
