You call the Rams disingenuous toward St. Louis. The unfortunate reality is they wanted to move away from a declining market and into the #2 market with all the bells and whistles that come along with that.

But the Rams moves in St. Louis the final couple years are no different than what management did in LA in 1993 and 1994.
