Just simply be up front and present the logical reason why you must move. Don't wait till AFTER a City has spent $$$$$$$$$ on a new stadium / new stadium location. In 94, I don't think it mattered. Georgia just wanted out. My shots are at Rams MANAGEMENT and never the fans of L.A. or St Louis. I have always thought it silly when fans of both cities bash each other when BOTH have been had!
