What’s the consequences of other teams picking up on this?
I can think of one thing: we could see a lot of first round talent drop out of the first round. If only 10-11 picks out of 32 are going to be keepers, teams might feel they’re simply using the wrong metrics.
Either way, the drafts will be shaken up—more trade for example—in the future.
