Not trying to cut him out or anything. Clearly he is doing a great job. But pointing out that McVay is a rare head coach. And that is a rule changer in terms of what you can do. To Snead's cred, I'll bet he has a lot to do with the deep thinking side that goes in to the Rams approach. But he would be playing a different game without McVay and teams that try to copy what he's doing need a coach of that caliber to pull it off I think.
