Again maybe they are waiting because they want to see how Garoppolo's surgery went, but Head Coach Matt Rhule is under tremendous pressure to win with that contract and I understand they really like Pitt's Kenny Pickett, but his hands are the size of an eight year old and I would have trepidation based on that. Garoppolo would be an instant upgrade for Carolina and give them a fighting chance in that division, but I guess we'll see?
