I think your header is a bit overstated. (Quotation?) Not sure it failed. Injuries killed a lot of it. A healthy Odell was making the plan right.

But McVay did tighten up. It's why Stafford is so crucial. When McVay goes wrong, Matthew makes him right.

McVay is a great strategist. But he gets tight and loses feel under pressure.

Hopefully, having won a ring he can relax some and grow in this area. But he might not. It's an issue.
