McVay and Donald are not retiring

They just want a raise.

McVay's contract will be up after next season. Aaron has gotten his $40mil signing bonus, so annual salary will now be lower going forward.

Demoff has already acknowledged that some deserve a raise.

Sign McVay to an extension and pay Aaron, so we can start the off-season!
