AD isn't retiring unless at 30 money means little to him. He has $55mil left on his contract. The Rams are NOT giving him a raise just yet.
As for McVay; he's posturing for more money. I've heard that he's in the $8mil or so range, and that Bellicheck is like $12 mil. Listen; living in the LA alone means he's making less. The Taxes and cost of living are enormous. McVay has proved to be a terrific coach that can deal with Superstar players and mold them into a team. It takes a big personality to do that.
All that said, I suspect both McVay and Snead get upgraded and extended contracts. Good luck can get you to one Superbowl, not two. And the team Snead pulled together for McVay to coach is just amazing. Very few teams in the NFL have ever been to 2 Superbowls in 4 years.
Snead and McVay are quickly gaining celebrity status. Kroenke isn't about to lose that combo in a city that ONLY cares about celebrities and championships.
