Except Flores DID win, and he did do with a mediocre QB and a lousy owner. He's a much better hire than some of the names I've seen getting interviews.
Now he may be using his situation to force a team to hire him, but he does have a credible resume'
I agree he is a good coach, but he was 24-25 with zero playoff appearances
that gets you fire these days regardless who your QB is never mind if he it one of the top picks in the draft
