That's a "nice opinion" but isn't supported by the "facts". 32 teams; 70% players black. 100 % white NFL ownership; 2020 season only 3 blk coaches-now just 1; 2 blk GMs.
And even if you were right (all they care about is winning) and I'm sure your not-there is a much larger issue here that needs to be addressed and not just by the NFL. Remember 1934 to 1946, NFL team owners agreed to completely ban Black players from even playing football . That changed when the Rams were forced to sign Kenny Washington (1946) due to the power and influence of the local newspapers. Certainly not Ram ownership. (Lots of historical articles on this subject and how it came about and how banged up and hurt Washington was following his career at UCLA-put bluntly he was a "token". ) If the lawsuit has merit this will be very bad for the NFL-unless the NFL knows people only care about what's on the field of play and have their heads intentionally in the sand on the much larger issue.
