"Most owners these days don't care what color you are, they care about wins..... bottom line."
That's a "nice opinion" but isn't supported by the "facts". 32 teams; 70% players black. 100 % white ownership if NFL teams;Beginning 2020 season only 3 blk coaches-now just 1; 2 blk GMs.
And even if you were right (all they care about is winning) and I'm sure your not-there is a much larger issue here that needs to be addressed and not just by the NFL. Remember 1934 to 1946, NFL team owners agreed to completely ban Black players from playing football . That changed when the Rams were forced to sighn Kenny Washington (1946) due to the power and influence of the local newspapers. Certainly not Ram ownership. (Lots of historical articles on this subject and how it came about and how banged up and hurt Washington was following his career at UCLA-put bluntly he was a "token". )
doesn't matter its not 1934 anymore, that is the point.... a lot of white coaches got fired this year too and don't see any of them even getting interviews....should they sue too?
all of the coaches that get fired have one thing in common.....they didn't WIN.
NFL stands for Not For Long in most cases where you aren't winning
