Can you imagine the Steelers being overrun by Browns fans? The Broncos being flooded with Chargers fans? Why are we trying to argue that the Rams should expect a lower standard? That it's okay that our stadium is just up for grabs?

And there you have it. The Browns? They’ve never won a Super Bowl. The Steelers have. The Chargers? They’ve never won a Super Bowl. The Broncos have.

Are you going to call Browns’ fans fair weathered because they don’t overwhelm Heinz Field? They’re some of the most loyal fans in the league and to be commended.

49er fans are weak. No shows in down years and pounding their chests in the good years.

It’s clear the reality is if your team has a championship portfolio, it brings people out to witness in person that shared history. If there’s no history, it’s hard to share.
