2020 - Kevin O'Connell
2019 - Nobody (Jedd Fisch was Asst. Offensive Coordinator but there was no Offensive Coordinator. In 2020 he left to be the QB coach for the Patriots)
2018 - Nobody
2017 - Matt LaFleur. LaFleur left after the season to take Offensive Coord. job with the Tennessee Titans. He was with them for one season. In 2019 he was hired as Head Coach of the Packers.
Not sure if Matt LaFleur called plays when he was the OC. I kinda think not. For sure, no one but McVay has done it since. And I don't think McVay will give that up for anything. Kevin O'Connell has the title but I doubt seriously he has much else.
