With all respect, nothing in life is perfectly fair. No matter how fair it appears when the 'rules' are made, there can always be an exception that makes it seem very unfair. You have to be both good and lucky to win the super bowl. Injuries, penalties called / not called (think Rams vs Saints), the schedule, along with the playoff format all contribute to who ultimately is crowned the champ. Just life in my opinion.
