Is McVay using Skowronek like a TE2?

Seems like he may be a more physical blocker than Jefferson. So when they want to run, they keep 3wr on the field but Skowronek is kind of taking the place of Blanton. If they go to a classic 2 TE set - kind of tips the defense to a run play.
