I could've picked any one of the god-awful number of counties in the state, but Tulare was on my mind due to a colleague of mine just moving from there to Santa Barbara. He told me that, although he's not hatin' on Tulare...he enjoys living in Santa Barbara more...A LOT MORE! I told him that I understood because I used to live in Santa Barbara as well and made the mistake of moving back to LA!
