McVay - Playoffs 4 of his 5 seasons as a head coach. 5 seasons with a winning record. Win percentage .688

Shanny - one playoff appearance and 2 winning seasons (counting this one) since 2017. He has a w-l percentage of .475 - kind of Fisher-esque.
