Is hiring a guy the players will play for. So many teams chasing these offensive children who have zero leadership skills, like the dude Atlanta hired. They all want the next McVay but he's a rarity, a guy who has the X's and O's down plus has the leadership to install the culture.
The guy Khan should hire is Morris. He's been with Sean for a year and has experience on both sides of the ball. His defense wasn't perfect this season but he adjusted and got it playing good ball and I don't doubt he'd hire a good staff. He has some experience that prepares him for things this time around too.
One could argue the young QB needs a good offensive mind, but I think Morris would install the culture you want plus the entire roster would play hard for him.
