I think that's why so many young, unproven HC's are coming in and having early success. Today's players are not tough enough to deal with hard nose coaching and winning isn't enough to compensate. Guys would rather be coddled than win in today's NFL as Coughlin's time with the Jaguars clearly illustrates.
