So do you agree with the way Morris is using Jalen? Do you think it's better than just straight up putting him on the best WR?
I keep thinking that both McVay and Morris try to not do the obvious thing and make it unduly complicated by trying to outsmart the other guy....and it's not working. I also think this "star" position that they made for Ramsey has gone to his head where he thinks he can be so much more effective roaming around vs locking on to the best WR. I did read where JR said he felt "bored" when tasked on just 1 player and that the star position was perfect for him because it kept him engaged.
I know everyone around here loves Ramsey and calls him the best cover corner right now. But to me, when I think of the best cover corners I think of Revis who could shut down Megatron in a game when he was in his prime....you couldn't complete anything his way unlike Jalen who seems to have an awful lot of them for such a superstar corner.
