After reading some of the "comments" last night I nearly unregistered... and deleted the bookmark... Only force of habit sent me here... and then I saw your post at the top. There are still excellent people posting stuff. Thank you. You have always been an excellent poster and I have always appreciated your posts... this one in particular. I have to remember how not to read.
Anyway, I love this team. Stafford had a rough night... All of the best have rough games.
I am surprised no one brought up the refs... or maybe I haven't seen it posted. But they certainly controlled the game. I think the Rams were clearly the better team but the 14 point deficit was too much to overcome without having some calls go your way. I don't think several of the calls were correct. I am also a little surprised the TD got overturned. It was very close but close enough to overturn? Not for me, even objectively looking at it. The ticky-tack calls on Whit and Donald and Obo... All changed the game. I mean they likely changed the outcome of the game.
I thought Stafford played hard. He made a few mistakes but he hasn't been pressured like that so it makes sense that he wasn't completely used to it. With McVay's help he worked his way out of it.
Stuff happens. The Titans are a good team. The Rams lost. So what? They showed heart. They are who I thought they were. An excellent team that works hard. If you want more than that then you have pedestal issues.
