If cut and clearing waivers, any team can sign him for anything say 1 million and the Browns are on the hook for the other 7, right? What about the next two seasons guaranteed money? I know O'Dell gets it but how would that affect the team that scoops him? I know what happens if claimed but what happens if he isn't?
