I hear ya, but not overly worried for a couple reasons:

1. Over the past 4 years he has the 4th most wins in the NFL

2. He is only 35, still the youngest coach in the NFL by 3 years.

3. He seems very self-aware, also he seems obsessed with getting better.

4. He has a soldi FO and owner.. IMHO a coach is only as good as his owner/FO.

5. (For me, this one is huge!) He has rebounded from his SB loss. I think, outside of Denver (Manning) and the Pats, teams have completely disintegrated after losing the SB.
