Great Summary Rock.
Good to see Snead get some credit and recognition on the board. He has done a great job.
I also think much of the success is the integration of player acquisition between the scouting department and the coaching staff. Having a coaching staff that identifies the skills and traits they are looking for at each position and being skilled at developing talent goes a long way to making things work well.
It sure is a contrast to how things worked with Fisher. I also see other organizations where the GM and Head Coach are not on the same page. You can always go back to Mike Martz and the egg head GM to see how quickly things can deteriorate.
Snead and McVay are both cutting edge and you have to love the way they work together so well.
