He has NFL in his family. J.R. Reed, is former NFL all pro DB Dale Carter’s nephew. Dale Carter was a 1st round pick by the Chiefs.
J.R. Reed seems like a hitter and has some knack for the big play/turnover. They say he has average traits for an NFL safety but he is well schooled in the pro game from his Dad and Uncle. He gets everything out of his ability.
