I would not be surprised if the Rams shut down Perkins and play Hodges the entire game against the Broncos.
That last game of the preseason is often used by teams to showcase talent before those players are cut. In this case, I expect Hodges to be sent packing. The Rams have shown they are erring on the side of caution.
I don't know that Perkins steps onto the field unless Hodges can't go.
