So you didn't get what you wanted Xmas morning

Truth here is that none of us know how Allen's going to play at Center this year. Nobody has actually seen him play outside of some padded snaps in camp and a thud practice vs the Cowboys. What if he plays well? As it pertains to Center there is room for the Rams to be right. Note that I am also a bit concerned about all this, but to make a sweeping declaration about our class based on it I mean c'mon man.

Looking at this class this might be the best draft we've seen in a looong time. Because it looks like they found two mid to late gems in Harris and Funk. Sure, Funk has two rebuilt knees. Ok. But you're talking two guys picked mid to late who might have significant contributions to a playoff level roster in the near future.

And there is still room for Atwell to catch up on what he missed through practices as the season progresses. There's time for B Brown to fully settle into that rotation. The high end talent CB they took a flyer on showed well in camp and might have a role this year. And so on.

Call me crazy but I think we're blessed. And that's with the understanding that maybe some things go wrong. I am one happy fan right now looking at this roster even with the concerns. Every team has them.
