It's good analysis but..
One issue I see is that it shows Goff's 2 worst games of 2020 (Miami and SF) compared to Stafford's Best 2019 game (vs. KC Chiefs). He only played 8 games in 2019 due to injury and that was his high point of the season.
Per the narrator, McVay was partly to blame for the play calling (+ lack of hot routes) and predictability.
I think this video does help to zero in on what McVay was frustrated by and likely won't be as big of an issue with Stafford.
That said, from reading the Lion's board heavily, Stafford is not as consistent as Goff and ends up putting his team behind a lot of the time. The McVay after the half 36-0 record is possible with Goff because they could build and keep a lead the majority of the time.
