the staff has a huge part in those players and how they are used, or not used. It's about how the staff that has NFL experience can bounce things off the HC, or if the HC will except those ideas. The RAMS had players and got players, but IMO the outcome that Sean got was due a lot to who he had working with him....without Phillips and Bones, Kromer heading up those 2 areas not so sure that Sean would have had his early success...

.I'm saying the same with Meyers...he better have some better then average staff around him to assist the different level of not only play but expectations as well....Players alone can't do it or assist him in doing it. All those young guys coming out are in a learning phase along with the HC, he better have some solid NFL assistants around him.
