much like Sean coming in without HC experience he's in a similar place....yes he's been a HC but not at this level. I equate that to a rookie drafted into the NFL.....they may have experience at their position, but not at this level and for the player to grow he needs coaching. Meyer is going to need some solid staff to help him through the "process"....Sean had WP, and Bones in his back pocket....
Not sure he would have had his early success without those guys standing with him....IMO Meyer needs the same....any team picking where they picked SHOULD pick talent and they did.....not so sure that shows anything about Meyers "makeup".
