because he saw that he was having to step in too much to help out Jared in situations. Maybe he saw the weaknesses his QB had and what he had to offer to lessen those issues. Maybe then again it was not so much over thinking but over compensating because of his fears of Jared's non action at times, or lack of seeing things quickly enough.
