And I thought, wow that is spot on.
I think McVay overthinks things at times and tries to take on too much. Its a difficult situation to be comfortable delegating jobs when you are probably the best person to do it. But of course your effectiveness diminishes with the more tasks you take on... I hope he doesn't burn out before he gets the experience he needs.
Still a fantastic coach and leader and could be a great one in a few years. IMO
