I don't want to get involved. 
BUT.... like everyone else on this board I watched some Tutu videos and noticed something odd:
He doesn't 'appear' that fast to me. Nope, I am NOT saying he's not... I'm sure he is, he's been timed... I only mean that very oddly his 'speed' does not pass the eyeball test for me.
