No one said or implied anything about an upgrade. It would be a salary cap move, which is the point. Evans proved similar production at RT(as a rookie) when he was given the chance 2 years ago. And saying that Havs is going to be at a Pro Bowl level this year is a massive reach. It would be great, and he was solid for the most part last year after a crappy year prior. But please, there is no proof that a "Pro Bowl level" will suddenly happen. I'm not saying they are for sure going to cut or trade him, but know for a fact its been discussed.
