It may very well be the way Snead operates. It will be interesting to see how this particular draft goes.
And I would never expect a rookie to come in and be a difference maker from day 1. It is a nice bonus. Especially from a 2nd on down draft pick. But, you can draft for a position that has a hole and hope the draft pick competes and at the very least gives you 1 more option for said hole.
