Exactly. Cant waste players in their Prime like AD and JR while a team crosses their fingers hoping a QB Drafted develops . While he is out there making mistakes the rest of the team suffers, like the Defense constantly going back out on the field having to take care of his mistakes. In the mean time another yr or 2 goes by and they are all another yr or 2 older and their hopes and dreams are starting to get dim as other players get older and or contracts expire and become FAs. Its the reality of it all unfortunately.
