With Stafford IMO they can move more into actually working game plans against opponents rather then making game plans for the QB under center. They have a guy who can adjust and see what is on the other side, and do it quickly with 13 years of playing behind him. Sean doesn't have to script up for Matt to seemingly protect him, make things easier to handle. I also know that with that goes the added demands that Sean will put on Stafford. We'll see how that goes when time comes.
I see nothing surprising with players saying what they are saying, Jared came with the LA package, he was part of a team that is known for being a close knit team. I see nothing with that that shows ill will from Sean/Snead or any staff members. As I understand it they can't speak about anything until March. Don't know why people are reading things into it...maybe because they so much want it to be so, that the FO and Coach are arrogant and egotistical. Some fans, posters have now also lost the chance to prove their ideas of Goff correct and prove those others wrong. For myself, I wanted Goff to succeed, it would have saved the team a lot of issues that they have to do now. As it is he just wasn't going in the right direction and IMO he was still doing things a rookie does. He'd talk the talk about improving his issues, but it did not relate to field play. A new place can open ones eyes, to put fire in guys...it can also expose them even more....Hope for him it's the opening eyes time. For us the new life for Matt and he runs with the chance.
