Jones has 4.40 speed (or at least he did in 2012) and would bring an attribute the Rams don't currently have.

Josh Reynolds had 52 catches last year. Maybe Jones can slide into that 52-catch slot and be the deep threat who takes the top off the defense and a red zone target that Stafford already know how to find (9 TDs in each of the last 2 seasons).
