QBs are not asked just to throw TDs they are asked to execute an offense to succeed whether it culminates in a FG, Rushing TD or Passing TD and they do not have to run it in themselves for it to count... wow!
Over the course of 6 games, this isn't like an isolated instance where they kept getting it to the goal line and running it in instead of passing. Goff just did not produce much in the post season.
