If anyone wants to feel better about the trade, here's the most upvoted comment on a new post on the 49ers reddit page:
"Honestly this is unbelievable. To let him go to a division rival. We can’t even throw the entirety of the @#$%& field with Jimmy. We have the worst quarterback in the division. Playing scared and being prudent cost us the SB and when he’s hurt again next year it’s going to be the same @#$%&. I love Kyle and John, but we arent getting better at the most important position while other teams are and it’s honestly disheartening a bit."
