But don't get me wrong, I'm happy if he gets near 30 but more importantly keeps his INTs at or below 10. If the Rams get that, we'll be in a damn good spot.
Yeah, I doubt very seriously if he'll be asked to throw nearly enough to get those cumulative numbers but his efficiency should be quite high. 4,000 and 30TD seems reasonable.
Plus, I think McVay might have acquired a taste for how Wolford and the offense beat the Cardinals. Those long, sustained drives on offense and keeping the defense fresh will likely be more of the goal with Stafford. Jumping out to leads and/or scoring more of course but not putting up 40+ passes per game. I'd imagine something like what Rodgers did this year but maybe not quite as good.
