He has been on some terrible teams. He's never had what we would call a good team. One year he threw for 5000 yards and 40 tds. That's a top five stat and he didn't have his coach telling him what plays to call. QBs have played into their early 40's. If Stafford plays five years then this trade is a big success. The Rams window is open now. They had to make a move.
Your reasons sound like generalizations stretched to endorse your opinion. Its funny because I am a skeptical thinker, and have always used critical analysis when considering everything. To me his move is a no brainer and as big if not bigger than getting Ramsey. This is the best I've felt about the Rams chances since early 2018.

Same here. This trade is great on several levels. One that I love is Snead beating Lynch to the trade. They identified their target and made it happen. Washington, the Niners, Colts, possibly the Steelers, the Patriots, I may be missing someone, they all could have improved their team by acquiring Stafford and didn't. I'm often critical of Snead draft picks but I love his trades. Its highly unlikely that they could get a QB with Stafford's ability with the picks that they traded for him. This offense will look as good if not better than 2018 imo.
