McVay was definitely nicer and more effusive in praise the first couple years. He was also huge at taking the blame the first few years after losses.

Now it seems he is a bit more bitter and angry, especially after a loss.

Is this all hate of Goff? Probably not. Seems like he is more stressed to perform to either his or someone else's expectations.
