Yeah that comment about McVay and Rodgers bothers me too. In the one hand I get drooling over arguably the best QB of all time. But on the other hand you've got to lead and inspire the players you have and that's really difficult to do when all they feel is your dissatisfaction.

I'm still a McVay fan because overall I think he does a good job leading this team but this incident with Goff has shown some immaturity.
