To put Snead and Mcvay on the hot seat is ridiculous. This franchise was circling the toilet before they arrived. B4 Snead and McVay we were looking ahead to the draft somewhere around week 6. And in most cases they managed to screw up a number of high draft picks. Those 2 have earned a long leash imo.

Well, then give me your expectations on the 2021 season.
I know that the Rams were bad before McVay arrived and he has done a fine job. Up to yesterday I always said that sooner or later he would lead the Rams to a SB ring. I still think he will do it. BUT: If you make a bold move like that going all in in rolling the dice with all those draft picks you will be on the hot seat if you want it or not. No free pass.
Especially since McVay (and Snead) were the ones responsible for Goffs monster contract that they now wanted so desperately to be off the books. That was just 2 years ago . And Goffs numbers were good with the Rams. He played his part in 3 playoff appearnces and a top 5 record since 2017. A SB apperance where he had to play without his most reliable WR and a Gurley who obviously was nowhere near the Gurley he once was. Going up aginst maybe the greatest HC of all time who dlsrupted other QBs before on the big stage (Kurt Warner included).
So if you make a move like that you put yourself on the hotseat . It is that way in sports and business.
You can do a lot of things right , be succesful in the past but when you roll the dice big time and come up short you will get questioned.
