My sentiments exactly. I view Goff's arm talent as supreme. He's only 25 years old. Somebody will salvage this guy, and the Lions could be that team. Stafford is good, no question. I think too much is being made of his age, but when guys pushing 40+ are still playing well, we could squeeze 3-5 productive years out of him.
The only thing I can draw comfort from is McVay's expertise is QB's. If Goff doesn't work for him, he's got the cred to make the call (see healthy RGIII, Cousins, early Goff). His credibility is going to be put to the test here.
