Yes, it CAN be done. No doubt about it and Snead and McVay obviously are betting on their ability to find good talent in later rounds and undrafted free agents. However it is very risky to bet on hitting on them diamonds in the rough year after year after year.
Your chances to find top talent is better the higher you pick.
My hope is the Rams use the money saved now on a top center in free agency , find a speedy deep threat in free agency or the draft.
