This exodus seems excessive and just doesn't feel normal at all. It just doesn't. I thought at first well, sure, they're leaving because they're being given opportunities for career advancement. Oh, we should be flattered that other teams want to poach the Rams coaching staffs. But now I'm starting to wonder cause it feels like something else could be going on behind all these losses.
